Up-and-coming HR with Project 2030

Or wherever you get your podcasts

Compare what the world of work looked like 10 years ago to today. No one imagined a pandemic. No one could have predicted a moment in time where 100% of the workforce would be remote. Even though it’s hard to predict what will happen, Project 2030 has a vision for the future and is working to bring it to life.

Project 2030 is an informative exchange designed to empower, teach, educate and inspire the next generation of people leaders. They host a series of fireside chats/keynotes that are held at the university level to educate up-and-coming HR and leaders across America.

This episode touched me on a personal level because I can recall when I was at university working on my degree and trying to imagine where I fit in the workforce. Laura and AJ instill hope into an entire generation who already understand the shifting role of HR in the workforce and embrace it with open arms.

In this episode we discuss how to:

1. Sharpen your competencies as an HR executive

2. Identify your specific HR leadership style

3. Define a roadmap/career path ways to senior leadership

4. Dig deep into frameworks that are vital for people leaders

To any of you out there trying to predict what the world of work in 2030 looks like…I wish I could give you specifics, but I am extremely hopeful for the future of work and am grateful to build it alongside great people like Laura and AJ.
