Shifting Work Dynamics with DAVE fano

Or wherever you get your podcasts

If you’ve spent any time in the corporate world in the past 2 years, you’ve probably noticed a lot of changes in the way we work. One of the biggest changes is the shifting power dynamics between employer and employee. This relationship has traditionally been grounded in the employer having more agency and the employee having less autonomy…all of that is shifting.

My guest today is David Fano, a serial entrepreneur and former Chief Growth Officer at WeWork, where he built a global growth team that opened and sold over 2 million square feet of space per month. He is Founder and CEO of Teal with a mission to empower every professional with the career guidance and resources they need to make career decisions with confidence.

In this episode we grapple with some of the industry’s toughest challenges, from globalization to disruptive new tech, all with our eyes focused on intentionally leaning in to the changes in this moment and how it impacts our relationships at work.

I’m excited to follow David’s next adventures as he refines his tech solutions to meet the needs of an ever-changing workforce.
